SHIPPING POLICIES

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

More information about the ordering process

When you have found the product you are looking for, you can place it in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking the order button. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking the button without obligation. You can remove the products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the delete button. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the checkout button. Please then enter your details. The mandatory information is marked with a *. Registration is not required. Your data will be transmitted in encrypted form. After entering your data and selecting the payment method, you can click the check button to go to the order page, where you can check your entries again. You complete the order process by clicking the Buy button. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. On the individual pages you will find further information, e.g. on correction options.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you make use of your statutory right of cancellation (see cancellation policy), you will have to bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.

WARRANTY SERVICES

Service provision for repairs / warranty claims:

(1) Insofar as repair services are the subject of the contract, we owe the repair work resulting from the service description. We provide this to the best of our knowledge and belief, personally or through third parties.

(2) You are obliged to cooperate, in particular you have to describe the existing defect in the device as comprehensively as possible and to make the defective device available.

(3) You bear the costs of sending the defective device to us.

(4) Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the repair, including the sending of the device, will take place after receipt of the device to be repaired (with an agreed advance payment, however, only after the time of your payment instruction).

(5) If you make use of your right of cancellation and termination according to § 648 sentence 1 BGB, we can demand 10% of the agreed remuneration as a lump sum if the execution has not yet started. If you have a statutory right of cancellation, this only applies if you only make use of your right of cancellation after the cancellation period has expired. You have the right to prove that we actually incurred no or significantly lower costs.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased for any reason, you can return it to ATL-NaturZeit (60tree) within 14 days, subject to the following conditions.
In order to exercise your right to exchange / return, you must expressly communicate your intention to withdraw from the contract


METHOD

When returning goods, please note the following points:

  • Contact our customer service at atl-naturzeit@web.de

  • All returned items must arrive in mint condition and in their original packaging. In addition, the complete packaging material, the incomplete warranty cards, the manuals and all accessories must be enclosed. Please pack the watch in a padded package.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to organize the shipment of the package. The shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that the package be sent with tracking and insurance. ATL-NatutZeit (60ftree) does not accept any liability for damage caused by inadequate packaging.


REFUND AND CREDITS

Refunds on returned items will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase. After we have received and inspected the product, we will credit you with the purchase price. Please be patient for about 14 days.

The return costs will be charged to the customer.


ANNOTATION

- If the product is sent without the stamped and dated original guarantee, the repair will be carried out automatically at the customer's expense.

- If the repair is under warranty, the repair will be carried out automatically and at no cost to the customer. The return costs are covered by ATL-NaturZeit.

- If the repair is not covered by the guarantee, it is the responsibility of the service center to notify the customer of the cost estimate before starting the repair work.

- If the repair cost is within € 25.00, it will be made without notification.

- If the customer does not accept the cost estimate, the watch will be returned unrepaired and the shipping costs will be invoiced.

Batteries

ATL-NaturZeit (60tree) clocks are shipped with a battery.
Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return old batteries so that proper disposal can be guaranteed. You can hand in used batteries at a municipal collection point or at a local retailer. As a distributor of batteries, we are also obliged to take back used batteries, whereby our take-back obligation is limited to used batteries of the type that we carry or have carried as new batteries in our range. You can therefore either return old batteries of the aforementioned type to us with sufficient postage or return them free of charge to our dispatch warehouse at the following address:
